In the Mood for Chocolate

Okay, I normally keep this hush-hush but I have a confession to make; I am not a big fan of chocolate.

Let me clarify that, I like a little bit of chocolate in things, like a chocolate chip cookie or a bit of chocolate on the end of a biscotti, but I don't like chocolate bars, or chocolate cake, and I especially dislike chocolate ice-cream. Uck!

However, there are very rare occasions, when out of the blue, I find myself craving chocolate, pure unadulterated chocolate. Usually, I reach for something like a nice Belgium bar; Dolfin Chocolat Noir Au Poivre Rose or Lindt's Excellence Ecuador 75% or maybe a Vosges Black Salt Caramel but today, I actually went into a chocolatier and decided to explore a new chocolate!

I was mesmerized and confused by all the choices and flavors of chocolate, but it was the Theo Coconut Curry Milk Chocolate bar that really drew me in. I love curry and it was one of the only flavor combinations I couldn't instantly wrap my head around, so naturally, I bought it.

I can't describe the chocolate better than Hannah over at Wayfaring Chocolate did over a year ago, as my 'choco-lingo' has never really been developed. I agree with that review 100%, from mum-mumm-mum, to yum-yum-yum!
